Project Management

Fratello Consulting provides Project Management to clients who wish to pursue property development but may not have the time nor resources to arrange and supervise all the necessary and at times difficult tasks involved. Fratello Consulting’s Project Management Service can commence from the initial acquisition and feasibility right up to the completion and handover of a development. These services include:

  • Prepare a development plan and annual program including a budget and cash flow;
  • Conduct appropriate due diligence on the acquisition of the land or property if required by engaging qualified consultants on behalf of the developer. This will include construction costs, concept plans and various professional reports that may be required;
  • Engage consultants in Town Planning, Surveying, Civil Engineering and various other consultants in relation to approvals and subdivision plans;
  • Review and award the construction contract and engage consultants to manage and coordinate the construction process;
  • Liaise and engage builders for any unit/property development;
  • Liaise with the client on the progress of the development through to completion;
  • Liaise and engage marketing agents on behalf of the developer to sell the subdivided land or dwellings.
